🛡️ Compliance & Risk Engineer

Purpose: Ensure all digital operations meet regulatory, ethical, and security standards.

  • Implement frameworks like ISO 27001, EU AI Act, GDPR.
  • Design audit trails and digital evidence systems.
  • Collaborate with legal and product teams on risk mitigation.
  • Monitor and report on compliance KPIs.

🌀 Agile Delivery Lead

Purpose: Drive agile execution and team alignment across product development cycles.

  • Facilitate Scrum/SAFe ceremonies and retrospectives.
  • Align teams with OKRs and product roadmaps.
  • Coach cross-functional squads on agile best practices.
  • Resolve blockers and foster continuous improvement.

  • Define MVPs and product-market fit strategies.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering on UX flows.
  • Monitor adoption and iterate based on feedback.

🔐 Cybersecurity & Forensics Analyst

Purpose: Protect Taaffeite’s digital assets and investigate potential threats or breaches.

  • Monitor systems for anomalies and vulnerabilities.
  • Conduct forensic analysis and incident response.
  • Develop threat models and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with compliance and infrastructure teams.

🌍 Business Development & Partnerships
